We will:

  • provide you with clear information about the products and service we offer, including fees and charges
  • ascertain your individual needs, preferences and circumstances before recommending a policy
  • only recommend a policy that we consider suitable for you based on our understanding of your demands and needs - and always the most suitable from the available options
  • not recommend a policy if we can't find one we consider suitable
  • offer advice and assistance if you have a claim
  • be pleased to assist you with any subsequent changes to your policy requirements
  • encourage you to ask if there's something you don't understand
  • give you access to a formal complaints procedure should you become unhappy with our service

How You Can Help Us

To help us give you the most appropriate advice, we will ask you to:

  • tell us as much as possible about your requirements, to enable us to properly assess what policy will be most suitable for you
  • it is very important that you take reasonable care to provide complete, accurate and honest answers to the questions we ask you in arranging your insurance
  • clients arranging policies (wholly or mainly) for business purposes, also have a duty of disclosure to provide the insurers with all material facts relevant to the policy, if you are not sure please ask us
  • failure to provide honest and accurate information may cause your insurer to: cancel your policy, treat it as if it never existed, refuse to pay a claim in full or at all, revise the premium, change the excess or the extent of cover.
  • let us know about changes that might occur during the lifetime of your policy or at renewal so we can ensure that your policy continues to provide suitable cover
  • let us know if there is any aspect of our service, or a product we have discussed or recommended that you do not understand
  • tell us if you think there are ways we can improve our service
